To deliver a presentation, go to the desired virtual conference and click on the link “submit your proposal”. The system will redirect you to the proposal management platform, where you will be asked to provide the following details of your proposal: title, abstract (max. 300 words), topic (select from those available), keywords, the language of the presentation, main author details and co-author details.
IMPORTANT: When completing the form, you must select the type of presentation: VIRTUAL COMMUNICATION (WEBINAR).
The scientific committee will review your proposal within 2-3 weeks and send you a notification by email. Once your proposal is accepted, you will be able to pay for registration.
